Love Island 2017 reunion show confirmed for this Sunday night

The final four couples included Camilla and Jamie Kem and Amber, Marcel and Gabby and Chris and Olivia, but in the end Kem and Amber (aka Kember) won the whole series.

According to The Sun newspaper, talks are ongoing for a spin-off follow up show to air later this year to see which couples are still together and who's been dumped.

The programme saw singletons move into the idyllic lock-up for weeks, away from their normal lives, in an attempt to make a connection and find love with one other person.

Hairdresser Kem picked the £50,000 envelope, initially leaving Amber with nothing, but fortunately Kem didn't hesitate to say: "Well obviously we'll be splitting it".

The reality star, who has recently announced she is ambassador for tanning brand Cocoa Brown by Marissa Carter has revealed that she has been as glued to the show as the rest of us!

"Prepare yourselves for another hot and steamy summer - Love Island will be back on ITV2 and we want YOU to be part of it!"

As well as the reunion show, plans are already afoot to keep track of the Islanders long term once they leave the villa.

Even though Kem was crowned the victor with girlfriend Amber - viewers were quick to label Chris and Kem as the real winners, with one audience member shouting "split the money with Chris" during the tense moment that Kem chose to split the 50k prize with his lady.

And just in case you were concerned that Kem's soulmate, Chris, was being left out of the process, Stormzy clarified that he was more than welcome to spit some bars on the guaranteed bangerrrr.

The final episode of Love Island helped ITV2 reach its biggest ever audience on Monday night.
