The Jazz can clinch the series with a victory in Game 6 on Friday night in Salt Lake City.

The Warriors advanced to the conference semifinals, where they'll face the victor of the series between the Utah Jazz and the Los Angeles Clippers, which is tied at 2. The Hawks haven't done that yet, and maybe they won't.

In only 23 minutes, he scored 9 points on a poor 3-11 shooting clip and fouled out.

Though these two Southeast Division rivals are not national media darlings, Atlanta and Washington are putting together quite the first-round series. During three road losses, the Hawks have shot a combined 41.6 percent, while converting 46.9 percent at home.

John Wall. Wall is starting to get the proper (and deserved) recognition for just how good he is as a complete player. But it wasn't enough to prevent falling into a 2-0 series hole. He's an athletic player who attacks the basket, and Prince's shot is getting better the more he plays.

The key factor in the past two games has been the rebounding and assist differentials. He didn't play much in the second half and attempted just three shots in the game. Millsap scored 29 points with 14 rebounds. Assists-Chicago 24 (Wade 8), Boston 27 (Horford 9).

The Washing-ton Wizards regained control of their first round National Basketball Association playoff series, defeating the Atlanta Hawks 103-99 Wednesday (Thursday in Manila) with the help of a 27-point performance by Bradley Beal.

As a team, the Washington Wizards shot.372 from 3-point range during the regular season.

The Atlanta Hawks were in prime position to snatch home-court advantage away from the Washington Wizards in the waning minutes of Game 5.

Still, Washington stretched out a one-point halftime edge to 69-58 on Wall's 3-pointer, before the Hawks responded. "I think we let the clock wind down, play good defense".

Millsap has excelled in the * a href="http://stats.nba.com/players/post-up/#!?CF=Poss*GE*10&Season=2016-17&SeasonType=Playoffs&sort=PPG&dir=1" target="_blank" *post.

To win this series, Millsap will have to continue playing at this All-Star level. He finished with 18 points. (10) in the second quarter in game four of the first round of the 2017 NBA Playoffs at Philips Arena. Atlanta had 11 seconds left to make a comeback down four points, but they did make the most of their possession. But struggling to carry over the momentum away from home, the Wizards found themselves tied, 2-2, heading back to the nation's capital on Wednesday night. Teague finished his Hawks career with a five point, two assist whimper.

Lue trusts that the three-time champion knows how far to push himself without reaching his breaking point.

Nevertheless, it is the Wizards who find their backs against the wall.

When the Hawks traded for Ilyasova at the 2017 Trade Deadline, the playoffs were surely in their plans. Schroder leads in assists with 6.3 while Kent Bazemore leads in blocks with 1.0 per game.

But that won't happen. 6-18 0-2 15, Bazemore 3-12 0-0 6, Sefolosha 0-0 0-0 0, Muscala 2-2 0-0 4, Ilyasova 1-6 0-0 2, Calderon 1-2 0-0 2, Dunleavy 1-2 2-2 5.
