Motorola 2017 smartphones lineup revealed in a new leak

The leaked image shows a presentation slide that details the company's "c", "e", "g", "X", and "Z" series of devices.

A day after Motorola's 2017 road map was leaked, the company has officially unveiled the Moto C and Moto C Plus - two of the nine upcoming phones outed on the list.

The Moto C Plus will cost £109.99 and can be picked up from Motorola's website or Argos, although it hasn't been announced which networks it will be available on just yet.

Next up is the Moto C Plus, which is a slightly better variant of the Moto C and is priced at Euro 119 (roughly Rs 8,300).

The Moto C Plus, on the other hand, is a little more straightforward.

The Moto C Plus features a 5-inch 720 x 1280 HD resolution display and is powered by a more powerful 64-bit MediaTek MT6737 quad-core chipset clocked at 1.3 GHz. Knowing Motorola's ability to provide reliable and frequent updates to their line-up we expect the C range to be a great addition to the fleet of handsets now under the Moto banner.

The two handsets go on sale "this spring" in the United Kingdom, as well as various countries across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

The Moto C and Moto C Plus are due out in spring 2017. The Moto G and the Moto E have been around for quite some time, and it's good to see that Moto is going to upgrade these models as well. It also has 16GB of onboard storage with the option to expand it up to 32GB provided you have a microSD card. They called Moto gS and gS+ as "Unlimited Premium." and Moto E4 series as "Unlimited Value", and Moto C series as "Unlimited Essentials". Sporting a 5-inch FWVGA display, Moto C runs on Android 7.0 Nougat, the phone has a long-lasting battery of 2350 mAh. Moto C and Moto C Plus were among the others, and also gave away the accurate specs. Both come with 5.5-inch displays and support for Moto Mods.

Moto C features a 5-inch display with 720p resolution. Both the phones support dual SIM cards and come in Metallic Cherry, Pearl White, Starry Black, and Fine Gold colour options.
