Mauricio Pochettino sends message to Chelsea fans about Antonio Conte

Former Chelsea star Frank Lampard has backed Antonio Conte to build a dynasty at Chelsea after the Blues wrapped up the Premier League title with victory at West Brom.

"This is a dream that is coming true, " said Conte, who has won four successive domestic championships after three with Juventus.

"When you arrive after a bad season, 10th place, it means there (are) a lot of problems, not only one", Conte said.

Chelsea won the 2014-15 title under Jose Mourinho, who was sacked for a second time seven months later after the Blues imploded.

"We definitely feel we can do something in the Champions League", Fabregas said in The Guardian.

While Chelsea are preparing for a party atmosphere in front of their fans, Mazzarri must lift his players to make sure they avoid the campaign fading out now they have secured top-flight status once again. "We've done it twice in three years".

"If I say I'm not thinking about winning the double, I am a liar", Luiz said on chelseafc.com. Imagine if he scored.

Three players each from Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Season.

At his unveiling on July 14 a year ago, Conte said: "I hope there is a small flame flickering that can eventually grow into a blazing inferno".

"Hopefully we will get back some injured players and hopefully it will go well". Arsenal have played very well in recent weeks and they are likely to be much too good for David Moyes' side who were well beaten by Swansea at the weekend.

Chelsea club captain John Terry, who will leave this summer after 22 years, will also be expected to appear in the final two home games. And he felt The Hawthorns clash was similar. Questions were being asked of Conte and his side, he responded by changing the formation of the team to 3-4-3.

"It's wonderful to win". A 13-match winning streak followed, and they are now 10 points clear of their nearest challengers with two games remaining. Sometimes we play well, but concede a goal and then it's hard to get back in the game.

Cahill, like Conte, turned his attention to the Wembley date with Arsenal.

His only starts subsequently came in the EFL Cup loss at West Ham in October and the FA Cup early rounds with Peterborough - in which he was sent off for Chelsea's only red card this season - Brentford and Wolves. It's felt like it's been so close but so far away.
