Undertaker Retires, WWE Fans Heartbroken

This could very well be the last time he's been in the WWE ring - be it for the regular shows of Raw and Smackdown or his celebrated WrestleMania.

Of course, to set that ceremony into motion, the Undertaker had to be the latest to fall to Roman Reigns. Ugh. It was also announced as a no-holds-barred match, heightening the main-event atmosphere.

It was edgy, it was something new and to this day it remains one of the most controversial things WWE has ever shown on television - but it was flawless for The Undertaker and his twisted gimmick as he used the satanic methods to convert them to his sect.

Meanwhile, according to Bleacher Report, The Undertaker has dropped his hat for good and has retired from WWE.

The loudest reaction of WrestleMania 33 happened when The New Day announced that a fourth team will enter the Raw Tag Team title Ladder Match. The return, and subsequent victory, by the Hardys was a highlight of the show.

Brock Lesnar got his revenge on Bill Goldberg when he won the WWE Universal title in a match that lasted just four minutes, 46 seconds.

At three points, the lights went out with images of maggots, then worms and then cockroaches displayed on the mat.

Randy Orton def. Bray Wyatt to win the WWE championship: Orton became a 13-time champion thanks to an "RKO Out of Nowhere", ending Wyatt's brief title run.

-Kevin Owens won the USA title, beating Chris Jericho.

Over on WWE's YouTube channel right now, fans are mass disliking every recent video they can find. The match ended as Owens was able to powerbomb Jericho into the apron for the win, and presumably putting Jericho out of commission for a bit.

Bayley retained the RAW Women's Championship after beating Charlotte, Sasha Banks, and Nia Jax in a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match.

The WWE are always looking to get mainstream attention in the media, and certainly in the United States that was achieved when National Football League star Rob Gronkowski helped Mojo Rawley win the battle royal. After the match, Cena proposed marriage to Bella. Wrestlemania hasn't changed a lot in that regard. Sports entertainment fans will now have to adjust to life without The Undertaker. The first being Brock Lesnar via stunning upset to end the streak at WrestleMania 30 in 2014 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.

The 16-time world champion Rick Flair called him the "biggest star in the history of the WWE".

With Jim Ross coming out to "Boomer Sooner" to announce the match, it could nearly end up as a fourth special WrestleMania moment. Thirty-three Wrestlemanias and counting.
